We are willing to start groups at any time of day or night provided 5 individuals are available to start the group. See Group Descriptions for available group times.

Clinical Supervision

Ta Mara's Promise can provide regular face-to-face consultation, guidance, and education as prescribed by the Virginia Board of Counseling.

SUPERVISION

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is focused relaxation that seeks to bring awareness of our mind, body, and environment. We seek to regulate and control our focus with a non-judgmental attitude of curiosity, openness, and acceptance.

Emotional Support Animals

Have the symptoms of your stress, anxiety, or depression become too much to bear? Have you considered an Emotional Support Animal (ESA)? Evaluations are conducted by a licensed and trained clinician.
