ONE-ON-ONE COUNSELING
Ta Mara’s Promise invites children, teens, seniors and young adults to discuss who they are and who they want to be. We delve into the issues that shaped your psyche while exploring ways to soothe your emotional and/or physical pains of the past and/or the present. Ta Mara’s Promise works with adults of all ages, genders, sexual orientations and ethnicities. At Ta Mara's Promise we are accepting, open, non-biased, and non-judgmental, which is imperative in maintaining a healthy therapeutic relationship. GROUP COUNSELING
Ta Mara's Promise offers a plethora of treatment groups. Each group utilizes evidenced based techniques that incorporate mindfulness and holistic methods in the therapeutic process. We have several types of groups and currently we offer:
